Meeting with Botswana pastors

April 7th, 2010 by Miki Hardy

The day started with a ladies meeting where Audrey  encouraged the people to identify with the gospel, the leaders and the brothers and sisters, as we serve the Lord together. Brian had organized a small fellowship with a few pastors around a meal prepared by the sisters. These pastors had been in contact with Brian and the different ministries through the CTMI TV program. It was so encouraging to hear their testimonies since they heard the gospel of the cross. The day ended with a last meeting  and other pastors joined us at the church. We were now encouraged to be known for our freedom in Christ and our love for one another, as we keep our eyes fixed on the global vision of  CTMI. Tomorrow will be the last day of our mission trip and we thank the Lord for His grace and faithfulness daily.

Unexpected trip to Gaborone

April 7th, 2010 by Miki Hardy

The door was opened for us to be together with the church in Gaborone for two days. We arrived there on monday afternoon just to get ready for the first meeting. It was a privilege to meet so many new faces and share the gospel with this CTMI partner church. The Lord encouraged the church to be an example of holiness and faith in the true spirit of the gospel. We enjoyed fellowship and supper before going to bed for a good night rest at the home of Ryan, Annli and family.

CTMI last day in Douala

April 7th, 2010 by Miki Hardy

It was a hectic and long day, which started with the last two meetings in the cinema hall with the leaders and pastors of churches. The seminar ended on a victorious note, with many leaders wanting to relate to and cooperate with CTMI. There is now definitely a good core of pastors, who have received the gospel of the cross and are ready to work together. This is a miracle, when you think that fellowship between pastors was merely non existing. This is a testimony of the power of the message of the cross. We  left with a sense of great expectation for the future of the church in this nation.

The number of leaders double

April 3rd, 2010 by Miki Hardy

This afternoon we have witnessed the hearts of leaders moved by the preaching of the gospel. The challenge was strong and many responded to the call for a changed life. They saw their legalism and hardness of heart while serving the Lord. The grace of the Lord was there to lift them up as they repented before Him. Many are now eager to work in relationship with CTMI. We will end the seminar tomorrow morning and pray with us as we trust the Lord for more from Him.

CTMI and church leaders in Douala

April 2nd, 2010 by Miki Hardy

After a morning of rest, we went to the cinema where the meetings open to leaders of churches were being held. We exposed the different problems of the church of the 21st century and showed the importance of true apostles to bring the revelation of Christ and Him crucified. We encouraged them to see, that God was recruiting leaders who would detach themselves from many false doctrines present in the church today and pay the price of following Jesus in the true spirit of the gospel. We had only one meeting that lasted two hours, with most of them very attentive and excited. Decisions will have to be taken.

Last meetings with local church leaders in Douala

April 1st, 2010 by Miki Hardy

We had a live radio interview yesterday about CTMI ministry. We were able to share the vision and invite the leadership of churches to our meetings starting  today. We ended our seminar with the leaders of some local churches with two great meetings where we could see the excitement in the eyes of the congregation. We were able to pinpoint some important points of leadership and the Holy Spirit challenged them in a deep way. We look forward for good progress in the revelation of the gospel in the hearts of these people. The gospel is gaining ground.
