There is nothing like the word of God for us to receive faith from God, Romans 10:17. The Bible teaches us that the word of God enlightens our hearts, Psalms 119:130. It is in fact a lamp to guide our walk, Psalm 119:105. It keeps us from sinning as we keep it in our hearts. Psalms 119:11. It gives us the victory over the devil as we use it against him. Matthew 4:11. At the end of the day, we cannot live without it in our everyday life, Matthew 4:4. Let us therefore be a people of the word and we will certainly walk in victory. It is THE spiritual food for the christian.
